At Hot Clay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade home goods. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package your items in their original protective wrap and boxing to ensure they arrive back at our studio without damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
