How do you ensure fragile items aren't broken during shipping?
We use double-walled boxes and eco-friendly biodegradable padding to ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage, we offer immediate replacements.
Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items featuring gold luster or metallic glazes should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized pottery is non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' artisanal pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for our potters to handcraft your item.
Are the glazes used in your kitchenware lead-free?
Absolutely. All glazes used on our dinnerware and kitchen accessories are 100% lead-free, non-toxic, and certified food-safe.
